DTF Print Return Policy
•Return Window: Due to the custom nature of our DTF prints, they are non-returnable, except in cases of defective products or errors in printing.
•Conditions for Return: If your DTF print is damaged during shipping, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
•Return Process: To initiate a return, please send us a private message with photos of the damaged or incorrect print and your order number.
•Refunds and Replacements: If your DTF print is defective or incorrect, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
•Non-Returnable: Any prints that are used, applied to a shirt, or if the customer simply changed their mind, are not eligible for return or refund.
